VNIM collects and uses personal data with the user's consent for the following purposes:

• Immigration consulting, customer care
• Improve service quality
• Providing the latest services to customers.
• Notifications regarding information exchange activities between Customers and VNIM
• Contact and resolve customer complaints.
• Confirm and exchange information regarding customer transactions.

2. TYPES OF INFORMATION COLLECTED

Depending on the consultation request on the website, VNIM may collect the following information:

• Full name, gender, phone number, email address, nationality, age
• Educational background, work experience, and financial status information (if provided)
• Communication via contact form, Zalo chat, and email.
• Non-personal data such as IP address, browser type, and browsing time (recorded via cookies)

Required information is clearly marked and is only collected when the user voluntarily provides it.

3. SCOPE OF DATA USE

Personal data is used internally by VNIM or shared with:
