EB-3 VISA PROCESSING PROCEDURE

3️⃣ Apply for a Labor Certification (LC)
Employers in the US submit applications. LC Labor Certification (Student Certification) from the U.S. Department of Labor.

4️⃣ Submit Form I-140 to USCIC

5️⃣ Submit your application at NVC & DS-260
Once your I-140 is approved, your file will be forwarded to National Visa Center (NVC). Applicants need to complete the DS-260 confirmation form online and pay the visa processing fee.
