▪️ The current Nationality Law is still in effect.
▪️ The five-year legal residency requirement remains a legal basis for many citizenship applications.

This is very important for people who are:
• Learn about settling in Portugal,

“"According to information from the Portuguese Parliament and the Official Gazette, changes to the Citizenship Law still require further monitoring until their official publication to determine their effective date."”
